We invest in good people with big visions

Leveraging our expertise, we catapult vision to sustained growth

FTK Capital is a family run investment firm that generates sustained cash flow from global investments. Founded by Simon Singer in 2021, FTK has a broad investment strategy and a diverse portfolio.

FTK acts as a reliable and steady-handed asset management co-pilot, investing both financially and energetically, while leveraging years of experience to help investors and companies grow and improve. FTK seeks investments that allow the company and its investing partners to be primary shareholders of investment properties and entities, enabling the FTK team to capitalize on its expertise to help these assets increase in value, ensure that they are actively managed, and institute plans that foster change for the better.

Like his investors, Simon cherishes his family. His investments are motivated by a passion to ensure the long-term well-being and financially stable future of his wife and children, which is equally true for the families of all he partners with. “FTK” means “For The Kids,” because Simon stands for his kids, his investors’ kids, and all those who will benefit from well-planned legacies. Through wise financial choices and thorough analysis of both the assets and market trends, Simon ensures that his family's interests and needs – and those of his investors – are always prioritized.

Strategic investments for financial legacies

Simon Singer

A human touch to investing

Simon earned a Juris Doctorate from Fordham University School of Law and served as general counsel at a New York-based real estate development company. In his former capacity, Simon was responsible for all legal and transactional aspects of the firm’s business, including the formation of corporations and joint ventures, structuring financing, and oversight of litigation.

In 2005, Simon co-founded The Nightingale Group, LLC, where he served as president for 16 years. Simon’s real estate and law background enabled him to expertly oversee the property portfolio and manage risk. As a result, Nightingale’s early high-potential deals ended up as solid, successful ventures, with the company managing assets in 22 states across the USA. Simon was heavily involved in property and asset management, investor relations, and creating Nightingale’s operational systems for maximum efficiency.

In 2021, after many years of management and investment experience, Simon left Nightingale to pursue an investment company of his own – FTK. This allowed him to follow his dream of expanding beyond commercial real estate in his investments and pursue ownership positions in an increasingly diversified portfolio of assets. This pivot enabled Simon to put his experience, foresight, and business skills to good use, creating, joining, and envisioning transactions in whose growth he is confident he can significantly impact.
